“Our objective is to always help our clients,” Art said. “I think we’re good at doing what we’re doing, and that’s what keeps me going on a regular basis, keeps me coming to work at my ripe old age.”
Art covered how he and his colleagues get to know clients’ needs and wishes and risk tolerance so they can allocate assets appropriately for each individual. He talked about the firm’s origins as well as recent updates to help it continue its focus on clients.
“We’re there to help you,” Art said. “So if you want help, if you want hugs, if you want us to hold your hand, whatever you want, we’re there for you.”
